• The name, address, and banking details provided during registration may be subject to verification at a later stage.
• Accounts cannot be opened in the name of a corporate or business entity.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled — however, you may close it before the match ends using the cash-out feature.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳100. Maximum limits vary by event and market.
• If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, 8kabet reserves the right to void that bet.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake will be refunded.
• If one leg of a parlay bet is voided, the parlay is recalculated without that leg.
• In the event of a dispute over match results, 8kabet's decision will be considered final.
• Odds during live betting may change due to network latency.
• Bets accepted at erroneous odds due to a system error will not be honoured.

8kabet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds. Typically, you are required to wager 5–10 times the bonus amount.
• Bonuses have a limited validity period — they must generally be used within 30 days of being issued.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the account will be closed.
• Winnings from free bets are directly withdrawable.

8kabet supports transactions through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking methods. A few rules apply to both deposits and withdrawals.

• Minimum deposit is ৳500 and minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000.
• At least one bet must be placed after depositing before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• The deposit method and withdrawal method must be the same.
• If money laundering is suspected, the transaction will be blocked and the relevant authorities will be notified.
• Transactions using third-party bank accounts or mobile numbers are not permitted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited to maintain the integrity and fairness of 8kabet. If any of these are detected, the account will be immediately closed and winnings may be forfeited.

• Participating in match fixing or manipulation.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Using another person's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Exploiting technical glitches or errors on the platform.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attacking or hacking the platform's security systems.
• Threatening or harassing other users.

8kabet may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If a terms violation or prohibited activity is detected.
• Registering with false or fraudulent information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Extended inactivity (generally 12 months).
• At the user's own request.

If there is a valid balance at the time of account closure and no breach of terms has occurred, that balance will be refunded after verification.

8kabet believes gaming should be about enjoyment. Gaming addiction is a social concern, and we actively work to address it.

• You can set daily / weekly / monthly betting limits on your account.
• You can temporarily suspend your account (from 1 day up to 6 months) if needed.
